DANIEL'S REVIEW:
NOTE: This review has spoilers, if you haven't seen the episode please don't read this review until after you've watched the episode.
'Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' continues to become a must show to watch every week, although it wasn’t as good as last week’s, there were many surprises and even a ‘Minecraft’ reference to keep this episode going and full of fuel. We learn more about Agent Coulson and Agent May’s past relationship, wondering if they are more than just friends. Hmmm… Skye’s secret boyfriend working for the Rising Tide is revealed as the whole S.H.I.E.L.D. team try to save a street performer magician, nicknamed ‘Scorch’. This episode had a couple of surprises, but plot wise a bit weaker from last week, but because all of these surprises and some incredibly funny lines, I had a really good time watching this episode. Also loved the ending where Skye tells Agent Coulson about why she joined S.H.I.E.L.D. so that she can find her parents, which was a very emotional scene and was the highlight of the episode. This show is proving that it can deliver not only character development but action sequences and offering some quick witty one-liners, which are so hilarious, which makes this a show that quickly becoming one of my favourites to watch every week. Too bad now the show won’t return until two weeks’ time.
Daniel's Score: 9/10
