DANIEL'S REVIEW:
NOTE: This review has spoilers, if you haven't seen the episode please don't read this review until after you've watched the episode. It also spoils the second season as well.
Oh no dearies, it seems ‘Once Upon A Time’ has gone a bit backwards, after three great episodes, this week’s feels uneven and at times like it’s on autopilot. The first half of this episode was really uninteresting, except for Emma’s scenes with the gang and mentioning she is weird calling someone Tinkerbell. That got a chuckle out of me. The second half of the episode was way more interesting, with Rumple and Neal’s relationship with each other and Neal’s relationship with his son Henry. Really emotional for Rumplestiltskin, as it is hard for his son not accepting who he is, as he tries to change for him. Overall, didn’t really like the flashbacks, and the first half was a bit uninteresting, but the second half was so much better, especially Emma’s emotional scene of remembering her love Neal, and Snow White not knowing about Prince Charming’s situation. Here’s hoping next week’s episode is better.
Daniel's Score: 7/10
