DANIEL'S REVIEW:
Summary:
Sorry for these late promised Blu-ray reviews, but have been busy watching these films, so now it's time to review them. Silver Linings Playbook is so far my favourite movie of the year. Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence really shine in the film and make their characters believable in a fun, comedic sort of way, but still grounded by their emotional sides of life. Quoting my favourite line from the movie by Bradley Cooper's character Pat "You have to do everything you can, you have to work your hardest, and if you do, you have a shot at a silver lining".
Video Quality: 4/5
Audio Quality: 4.5/5
Special Features: 4.5/5
- The Movie that Became a Movement
- Deleted Scenes
- Alternate Ending
- Q&A Highlights
- Dance Rehearsal
- Learn to Dance like Pat and Tiffany
- An Ultraviolet copy of the film for computer and portable devices to take the film on the go.
Overall Thoughts:
The film is a must see, it is funny, emotional and is smart from the writing and the story about finding a silver lining in your life, even when things get you down. The picture quality is pretty good, whereas the audio is amazing. There are plenty of special features for any fan of this movie. I highly recommend this film, you will fall in love with it.
Daniel's Score: 4.5/5
